That is what this service is for. The moving crew empties the place, the cleaning crew follows behind, and you hand back one set of keys instead of coming back on Saturday with a mop. Book them together and we will sequence the two crews.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — products and equipment come with the crew. If you need us to use something specific for a surface in your home, or you have a sensitivity to a particular product, tell us when you book and we will work with what you provide.
Will this pass a landlord inspection?
A move-out clean covers the things deposits are actually withheld for: the inside of the oven and fridge, the bathrooms, baseboards, window sills, cabinet interiors and the floors. Send us your complex's move-out checklist when you book and we will work to that list rather than a generic one.
Do you do recurring cleaning, not just moves?
