What a commercial move looks like
Every minute you are closed for a move is lost productivity, so the plan matters more than the muscle. We walk the space first, agree the order things come apart and go back together, and work to your closed window.
Desks, chairs, filing, break rooms and the storage closet nobody has opened since 2019.
Fixtures, shelving, display units and stock, moved between close and open.
Racking, pallets, tooling and equipment that needs a dolly and two people who know how to use it.
Cabinets and record boxes moved sealed, with a named person on your side signing them in.
Monitors, towers, printers and racks padded and crated. Your IT team handles disconnect and reconnect.
The desks and chairs that are not making the trip, hauled on a separate load.
What it costs
Commercial jobs are quoted after a walk-through rather than over the phone. What drives it:
Tell us those four things when you call or text and you get a firm number before we start — not a range designed to get us in your door. Booking ahead instead of same-week takes 10% off.

Questions about office moves
Can you move us outside business hours?
That is how most office moves should be done. Evenings, weekends and holiday closures mean your staff walk into a working office rather than a stack of boxes. Say what your closed window is and we will build the job around it.
How do you handle confidential files?
Filing cabinets and record boxes stay sealed and go on the truck as units, and we agree in advance who from your side signs off that everything arrived. If you need a specific chain-of-custody process, tell us before the job and we will work to it rather than improvise on the day.
Do you move IT equipment?
We move the physical hardware — monitors, towers, printers, server racks, network gear — padded and crated. We do not disconnect, reconfigure or reconnect anything on the network side; have your IT people handle the unplugging and the plugging back in, and we will schedule around them.
Can you help with the furniture we are not keeping?
Yes. Old desks, chairs, cubicle panels and the contents of the storage room can go on a separate load. Quoting the cleanout at the same time as the move is much cheaper than a separate visit. See junk removal.
What does a commercial move cost?
Bigger jobs are quoted on a walk-through rather than over the phone, because the honest number depends on your square footage, the loading dock or lack of one, elevator access, and how much you want packed for you. Call 918-313-2890 and we will arrange one.
