Veteran-owned In-house crews Truck rental available

Boxes, totes and a blanket-wrapped mattress loaded floor to ceiling during a residential move in Tulsa

What a full move includes

You get the same crew from the first box to the last walk-through. We wrap what needs wrapping, load in an order that keeps weight low and tight, and reassemble at the other end before we leave.

Apartments & condos

Stairs, breezeways, elevators and complexes with a mile of parking lot between the door and the truck. We plan around it instead of billing you for it.

Houses & townhomes

One to five bedrooms, garages and sheds included. Loaded in one trip where the truck allows.

Furniture wrapping & protection

Pads and stretch wrap on the furniture, floor runners on the way out, doorframes protected on tight turns.

Disassembly & reassembly

Beds, table legs, mirrors and anything else that has to come apart to clear a doorway.

Appliances & heavy items

Fridges, washers, gun safes and treadmills on the right dolly, strapped and walked down carefully.

Seniors & downsizing moves

Slower pace, no upsell pressure, and hauling for whatever is not going to the new place.

What it costs

Local residential moves are priced hourly with a minimum. Four things move your number:

Crew size Stairs or elevator Carry distance How much is boxed

Tell us those four things when you call or text and you get a firm number before we start — not a range designed to get us in your door. Booking ahead instead of same-week takes 10% off.

How to make move day cheaper

01Have everything boxed and taped before we arrive. Loose items are what turns a four-hour job into a six-hour one.
02Label boxes by room, not by contents — that is what tells the crew where to set them down.
03Reserve the elevator or a parking spot close to the door if your building allows it.
04Set aside anything you do not want on the truck — documents, medication, jewelry — before we start.

Questions about local moves

How far ahead should I book a move?

Two to three weeks is comfortable, and the end of the month books up first because that is when leases turn over. Short notice is often still possible on weekdays — call rather than using the form if you are moving in the next day or two. Booking ahead also takes 10% off.

Do you move houses outside Tulsa?

Yes — we work the whole Tulsa metro, including Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and out to Claremore and Bartlesville for the right job. See service areas for the full list.

Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

Beds, table legs, mirrors off dressers — yes, that is part of a normal move. Tell us up front about anything unusual (a wall-mounted TV, a Murphy bed, a shed) so we bring the right tools and put it in the time estimate rather than discovering it on the day.

What will you not move?

Anything flammable, corrosive or under pressure — propane tanks, gas cans, paint, pool chemicals, ammunition. Empty the fuel out of mowers and trimmers before move day. Plants and perishables travel better in your own car.

Can you rent me the truck as well?

Yes. We are a U-Haul dealer, so you can book the truck and the crew in one call instead of coordinating two companies. Cargo van through 26′. To check availability, call or text 918-313-2890. See U-Haul rentals.

Moving soon? Let's get your date on the schedule.

The end of the month books up first. Tell us the date and the address and we will tell you what it takes.
